Thomas Allen

Managing Director
Tom’s career in health and safety is built on a solid foundation of expertise and real-world experience. With a background in mathematics, he brings a practical and analytical approach to safety management. His qualifications include the NEBOSH Level 6 National Diploma, Fire Safety Certificate and Principal Designer accreditation. He is a Certified Member of IOSH and the International Institute of Risk & Safety Management.

With extensive experience in the construction industry and high-risk tower crane operations, Tom has played a key role on major projects across the UK, working alongside top-tier principal contractors and subcontractors. He supports clients in achieving correct compliance and helps shape safety cultures that are practical, consistent and built to last. His hands-on approach and deep industry knowledge make him a trusted advisor in complex, high-risk environments​​.

Katharina Schumacher

Health and Safety Psychologist
Katharina specializes in bridging the gap between safety and business culture. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Psychology and extensive experience consulting one-on-one with CEOs leading teams of up to 20,000 employees, she excels in developing strategies that align safety practices with organizational goals.
Her expertise spans safety culture, intercultural competence and behavioral change, making her a key resource for businesses seeking long-lasting improvements.

Katharina also holds Safety Qualifications such as the the NEBOSH Level 6 National Diploma and has worked across multiple sectors, helping organizations build safer and more efficient workplaces. Her ability to balance strategic planning with human-centered solutions has earned her the respect of leaders and teams alike.
